Katherine Rixon has been selling real estate since 2000 and has been in partnership with Rob Cronin since 2006. Constant top producers, Rixon and Cronin are consistently among the top agents in the Sun Valley area.
In 2015 they were ranked #1 in the Sun Valley area based upon their volume sold. They were also ranked the #1 Team in the Keller Williams Northwest Region. Katherine is also actively involved in the community. She currently sits on the Board of the Sun Valley Center for the Arts and has many years of involvement with Camp Rainbow Gold.
Katherine graduated Cum Laude from Colorado College with a degree in economics and environmental science. Her husband, Buffalo, is a local architect and partner with Ruscitto/Latham/Blanton Architectura. They have two young children.
Rob Cronin has lived in Sun Valley since 1995. In addition to having extensive commercial and residential real estate knowledge, Rob has owned several restaurants in the valley including the award winning Zou 75 in Hailey. Rob originally moved to the valley to work for Bruce Willis and Demi Moore and never left.
He is also very philanthropic and has been involved with Camp Rainbow Gold (a year long program for children with cancer and their families) for the past 14 years. Rob has been recognized nationally for his work with the Camp by Realtor Magazine and was awarded the Good Neighbor award in 2006. Rob was also voted “Valley’s Best Realtor” in 2010.
Rob and Katherine donate 5% of their commissions each year to local non-profit organizations.
Tim has 30 years of experience in single and multi-family residential, commercial, and institutional design. Tim believes that all Architecture should be firmly rooted to its site and environment, thus his approach to design is contextual yet contemporary. Tim believes that architectural excellence is achieved with innovative design, thoughtful and elegant detailing, and discriminating selection of materials and color.
